Position 1: Head of Marcom (Closed)

Location: Gurugram

Job Description:

As Head of Marcom you will steer our company’s brand and product marketing. Together with your team you are responsible for developing, planning, budgeting and implementing omni-channel marketing strategies for the organization.

Key Responsibility Area:

  •  Strategize and implement effective marketing plans for our portfolio of exhibitions
  • Adeptly manage different agency partners (creative, media, research etc.) and other vendors to get them to deliver high quality output within defined marketing budget and timelines
  • Drive value based cost efficiencies in media planning and other areas of marketing investments
  • Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to deliver marketing objectives of our portfolio of exhibitions to effectively reach its target audience
  • Define social media KPIs, capturing and analysis of data/metrics and gathering insights to measure the success of campaigns feeding back into the further refinement of the marketing strategy
  • Develop effective go-to-market strategies for existing portfolio of exhibitions
  • Ably manage efficiencies of team members and help them to cultivate/sharpen their skills in corporate communications
  • Meticulously plan and control the marketing budget
  • Partner with social media influencers to increase visibility and reach of company brands
  • Track the performance of marketing strategies implemented and make timely modifications for maximum lead generation
  • Plan and spearhead marketing events and other campaigns
  • Corporate Website management and maintenance


  •  MBA/Post graduate degree in marketing, business, mass communication or related discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience working in senior positions in the area of marketing and/or communication
  • Excellent knowledge of omni-channel marketing tools and techniques
  • Excellent leadership skills coupled with composure to thrive under pressure
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to take initiative and to inspire other people
  • Independent and creative working style
  • A good sense for trends and innovations and a drive to stay on the cutting edge of digital marketing intelligence and proficiency
  • Thorough understanding of the media landscape and consumption insight of different media in India


Position 2: Sales Manager (Closed)

Location: Mumbai

  • Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience preferably in the B2B events industry
  • Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques
